Moving in or out soon? Please contact the property manager 2 days in advance to arrange for the Elevator Pads to be installed. 

**Also remember there is a $250 fee required in advance for any move in or out. 

Please keep in mind that we have maintenance staff on site during the weekends so it is recommended that a request be sent by Wednesday  for a weekend move. That way the elevator pads can be installed on COB-Friday.

The protocol is to move your furniture in or out will be by parking in the rear building alley and entering or exiting from either of the alley doors located on Level (1). 

Please DO NOT use the main lobby or front doors to move in or out.
