The board is confident that the change in management will allow Temple Lofts to move forward in a positive manor. Transpacific comes to the Temple Lofts with great resources to allow us as owners to feel confident that our needs are being met. Not only do we get a dedicated Property manager and assistant, we also have two assigned accounting professionals. All of this is in place and the new Board has achieved this at a cost below the 2009 budgeted amount for professional services.
