Hello and greetings from you’re newly elected Board of Directors. At the continued annual meeting and election,we achieved a quorum and elected a new Board.  We would like to thank all of those that attended and those that mailed in your ballots to allow us to finalize this process.

As many of you can see, the efforts of the Board in the last few months have been noticed by the positive conditions of the building and for those that attended can see that the Board has achieved this and still reduced the operating budget by 36% through March 2010.

We will continue to work to make positive change while keeping our focus on the approved budget. We hope that every owner steps up to the plate and becomes involved in a committee or board position as your time allows.
