FOBS and Key Cards are available for purchase by homeowners.  The devices are limited to two per unit.  Homeowners will be charged $15.00 for FOBS and $10.00 for Key Cards.  The devices will take 3 to 5 days for programming and delivery.  Thank you for your patience.  To order, please contact the Board at lbtemplelofts@gmail.com .


Trash Chute and Recycling 

In order to avoid blockage and foul odors WE must as a community place all trash in plastic bags (and tie off the bags) before disposing down the chute.  In addition, cat litter MUST be double bagged!  If sent down in single bags it could cause mechanical malfunctions with the compactor and will result in foul odors throughout the chute and into the trash rooms.  

Recycling is offered and should be utilized.  Please take all aluminum cans, glass bottles, paper, plastic, steel and tin cans to the recycling bin located at the SOUTH end of the Temple garage.  This includes pizza boxes and cardboard boxes.  PLEASE break down boxes and take to the recycling bin.  DO NOT throw pizza or other boxes down the chute. 

Oversized trash MUST be taken to the trash bin which is located on the NORTH end of the Temple garage.  This bin is serviced once a week.  Please recycle and use the chute appropriately!.  

Do not leave the lights on in the trash rooms.  Do not leave trash in the trash room.  If it does not fit in the chute, please take it to the bin located on the NORTH end of the Temple garage.   

Please respect your neighbors and discard of your trash, oversized trash, and recyclables appropriately. 

In addition, our waste removal company will remove large items.  If you have a mattress, bed frame, television or other large sized item, please send an email to lbtemplelofts@gmail.com and we will work with you on the removal of that item.  Please note, you will be responsible for the fee for removal.  Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
